Q: Why is this program called “PRIMED”?

A: Because it’s designed to prepare you – to get you ready – for doing DEI work in a meaningful, sustainable way.


Q: Whis is this program self-directed?

A: Because it’s important that you are able to do the program at your own pace.


Q: I couldn’t finish PRIMED within the four-week timeframe. Can I get a refund?

A: No. Due to the self-directed nature of the program, refunds are unavailable.


Q: How long will I have access to the PRIMED content?

A: For as long as you want to!


Q: Why do I need to subscribe to your mailing list after registering?

A: All PRIMED content is delivered via Mailchimp, so participants need to be “tagged” appropriately.


Q: Will you spam me after I register?

A: No. Never. During the program, you will only receive PRIMED content. After that, you’re welcome to unsubscribe (but we’d really like you to stay!).


Q: The PRIMED content is incredible!!! Can I forward it to my friends / colleagues / neighbours / massage therapist / family / favourite barista?

A: Please don’t forward PRIMED or any other Fictive Kin content that you have paid for, unless you have explicit written permission to do so. (But feel free to share the name of your massage therapist with us!)


Q: I have a lot of questions about what I’m learning through PRIMED. Can I email them to you?

A: Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to answer participant questions during the program. However, the post-program evaluation form includes a space for your burning questions. These will be answered in “aggregate” and shared with all program participants.


Q: I can’t wait to learn more from PRIMED! When will the next Module be available?

A: Summer 2022!
