TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to any and all programs, products, and services (the “Services”), as offered by Fictive Kin Equity Lab, a division of IDEALIST (the “Company”).

Please read the below terms carefully. By using any one or more of the above-named Services, you (the “Client”) agree to the following:

All payments are charged in Canadian dollars (including any applicable taxes), unless otherwise indicated. 

All fees and prices are set and non-negotiable. Except in special circumstances as deemed by the Company, no refunds are available. All fees and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.

All content, materials, resources, and products that have been prepared as part of the purchased Services are the sole intellectual property of Company, and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, trademarked, licensed, registered, or otherwise shared by any means, including print, electronic, and digital. Any Client found to be in violation of these terms will be subject to legal action.

Company acknowledges that the Services offered through Fictive Kin Equity Lab can be personally and professionally transformative. Client will not hold IDEALIST or any of its authorized representatives personally, morally, financinally, or legally responsible for any unanticipated or undesired outcomes, at any time, including at any point after Client’s use of the Services has has ended.

Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages, or for any loss of profits or business interruptions caused or alleged to have been caused by the performance or nonperformance of the services under this Agreement.

Company is not responsible for errors which result from faulty or incomplete information supplied to the Company by Client. The Company shall not be liable to Client for any costs, damages or delays due to causes beyond its control, expressly including without limitation, unknown site characteristics; changes in policies, changes in terms of services.

Company does not, under any circumstances, warrant or guarantee Client any specified results, or any other particular outcome or result of any kind. Results that Client achieves are in no way, shape, or form, guaranteed by Company, any of its respective agents, employees, independent contractors, subsidiaries, or any other third party.
